RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate the development and delivery of bids, ensuring that proposals are formatted and comply with Company brand guidelines, customer requirements and internal quality guidelines.

• Formulate bid presentations
• Manage and coordinate submissions in line with given timeframes
• Use your advanced Word skills to create and complete submissions
• Work with Project Management plans to produce quality submissions
• Assist with the updating of project profiles and curriculum vitae
• Build positive relationships with our internal and external stakeholders

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• General knowledge of Project Management and Fit-Out methodology
• Background in the bid coordination and preparation process
• Highly articulate with attention to detail
• Demonstrated tender, bid or project administration experience
• Knowledge construction tenders
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
• Time management skills to support with meeting deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
